The Firm:
We are a small firm focused on personal client service and quality design. While the majority of our work is unique custom homes, additions, and renovations we also enjoy working on small to mid-size commercial projects. We have helped countless homeowners through the design and construction of their projects. The subtle variations of the individual client are the source for design. We will work from the ground up based on the suitable ideas for better interior spaces to create a design that best suits your needs and budget.
The Architect:
Dave Smith is a licensed architect with over 20 years of professional experience and 28 years in the construction business. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree.
Dave is personally involved in every aspect of the design process, from initial concept through construction drawings and cost estimation. Dave is focused on attention to detail, design excellence and client satisfaction.
